The entertainment center is great, however Felix who was sent from Anji's was not very nice. He was installing the shelves and I could see that he didn't have the finished edges facing outward, he was putting the shelves in backwards! I checked the manual to see if I was incorrect and it was very plain that the installer was putting the shelves in backwards! We argued over this well over 5 minutes and I even showed him the diagram of how the shelves should be and basically he told me I didn't know what I was talking about! I finally told him that I didn't care how he wanted to install the shelves, I wanted them facing to the front! He questioned me again and I said, "Just do it!" Felix wasn't happy, but finally installed it the way I wanted. He left in a hurry and I asked if he was going to clean up and he said, "No"! He left the room in a complete mess, styrofoam everywhere and multiple boxes everywhere too! Everything was great EXCEPT the installer that Anji's sent!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received my delivery on Wednesday and was placed in a wonderful spot. As it was raining, they left it under my balcony in the back of my home, rather than my front steps. I also appreciated the notification and the textspic. We opened the fire pit on Saturday, and absolutely LOVE it! We are SO happy with it and think it was SO worth spending a little extra for the style and size. There were absolutely no defects that we could see, and we cant wait to sit and enjoy it. (Only wish our furniture wasnt delayed. lol) Would HIGHLY recommend this fire pit and Wayfair delivery. Will submit a photo when we use it. Only wish...wish it came with a lid for the fire pit itself so that it could also serve as a table when not being used for a fire. But we will make one ourselves.
