This Matelasse Paisley Bedspread was exactly what I was looking for to replace my old Matelasse bedspread. I even like the darker sage green color over the lighter shade I had. And this one is lighter in weight and softer so; I am very happy with this purchase.. Ann. LA. Wed May 27 2026

The coverlet is lovely. It had several spots with excess attached thread that I cut loose. I hope it doesn’t cause the coverlet to separate when washed. My biggest disappointment was that pillow shams did not arrive with the coverlet as I had expected. The photo in the ad showed it as a set. I made the mistake of assuming that’s what was included in the price. In their defense though it states only ‘coverlet.’ I allowed my eyes to deceive me. Don’t make that mistake. The shams are additional cost of over $41 EACH. They aren’t sold in pairs. Be sure to read carefully. We have a mattress that is not very thick. The queen coverlet drags the floor. It would be fine for a regular mattress and box spring. I ordered King shams because they do not offer queen size. Why is that?? Only king and double. Hopefully the King shams won’t look ridiculous. You can see the white part over my pillows. That is the top end of the coverlet so if you want to skip the shams it’s okay. I didn’t like the blankness of the sold white edge though.. Mona. This combed-cotton coverlet with matching shams features a simple diamond pattern woven with a double-layer technique. With a similar effect to quilting, the coverlet is hemmed with mitered corners, and the shams reverse to solid percale. This seasonless set is the perfect weight for year-round layering.

This set includes a reversible coverlet and two matching pillow shams, allowing you to effortlessly refresh your bedroom's aesthetic.

I bought this on clearance and an extra 20% off of that, king size and very happy with this purchase. I buy A LOT of linen, from clothing to sheets to duvets. Linen is addictive, those who know....well they know. So, about this item, perfect for hot summer nights! This is not a tight weave, its airy and light, not a heavy weight linen at all. Not a fall/winter item. I would also add to launder with care and DO NOT dry in a dryer, if you want to salvage the integrity of the fabric. So, delicate wash and no dryer...this has worked well for me. So YES I'd recommend this item!. Robyn. Loudon, VA. Wed Jan 24 2024
