The coverlet is lovely. It had several spots with excess attached thread that I cut loose. I hope it doesn’t cause the coverlet to separate when washed. My biggest disappointment was that pillow shams did not arrive with the coverlet as I had expected. The photo in the ad showed it as a set. I made the mistake of assuming that’s what was included in the price. In their defense though it states only ‘coverlet.’ I allowed my eyes to deceive me. Don’t make that mistake. The shams are additional cost of over $41 EACH. They aren’t sold in pairs. Be sure to read carefully. We have a mattress that is not very thick. The queen coverlet drags the floor. It would be fine for a regular mattress and box spring. I ordered King shams because they do not offer queen size. Why is that?? Only king and double. Hopefully the King shams won’t look ridiculous. You can see the white part over my pillows. That is the top end of the coverlet so if you want to skip the shams it’s okay. I didn’t like the blankness of the sold white edge though.. Mona.
