I just received the pillow a few days ago, so I'm still getting used to it. My initial feedback is similar to other's, in that it does take a few tries to get used to it. I do feel that this will end up being a great pillow to help with my neck and shoulder pain.

LOVE that this iteration of the Tempur-Pedic pillow provides for back side sleepers! I have had 2 nights now of excellent sleep, and much less neck pain irritation upon rising I expect this will only get better I LOVE my new TP Pillow
