Silk Pillowcase

This is incredibly soft and has a nice, tight weave. I have previously owned a cheap (less than 10) pure polyester pillowcase and while there’s not a significant visual difference, there is a noticeable texture difference. This one doesn’t feel as plastic-like for sure. It’s very shiny which is just the nature of this fabric but truly helps dry, delicate hair stay healthier.

This pillow case is better than satin cases bc it says it is really silk. However, I thought it would have felt much thicker... like I recall how my grandmothers silk pillow case had felt growing up. With that said, it does seem to have positive effects on my hair and facial skin when compared to the cotton, rougher pillow cases I used to use.
