Hemstitch Cotton Duvet Cover Set

First I'll separate my review of the process with Wayfair and the actual product. Product - While the color was exactly what I needed (trying to match sheets purchased elsewhere) and the feel of the fabric is pure ecstasy, I'm SO VERY DISAPPOINTED with the quality. Literally OUT OF THE PACKAGE the stitching is falling apart. Didn't wash it, didn't even unfold it all the way. The whole bottom seam has 3, 2-3 inch holes in it because the stitching is coming apart. I kept the product because it took an entire month to get and I can fairly easily sew up the holes. But paying this much for a product I shouldn't have to do that. Very disappointed. Wayfair - It's now two months after I ordered this product and I JUST got charged for it. That's absurd. First time I ordered from Wayfair they signed me up for magazines I neither wanted nor consciously agree to receive. I tried to call and get the magazine to cancel the subscription and they tried to tell me that because the subscription was through Wayfair they were technically the customer and I couldn't cancel it. I about lost my mind and spoke to someone higher up until the issue was resolved but that is also absurd. I don't think Wayfair deserves a strike 3.

So warm and soft. Nice shine too.

Beautiful material. I could not use because the product was not the same color as the picture. It was too dark and I could not use it.
