Mattress Pad

Unfortunately one pkg arrived open and damaged but, item was intact and pkg’d well. However, the pic is very deceiving; irregardless of the description it does NOT show a “PAD” but allows the buyer to assume that it could possibly be an actual mattress. Giving a false sense of what one will actually be getting. However, I found the pad to be thick, clean and was shipped quickly. Buyer beware that there is a hefty restocking fee, to return the item. Customer service was very expedient & nice via the ph as well as auto chat. Contrary to my conversation with them, they didn’t send a return label for both items. Shipping didn’t redirect the item contrary to the conversation; leading to inconvenience for me. Overall I’d recommend Birch lane but, they’ll only get 3.5 stars d/t mishaps.

Very thickly padded. I was looking for something I could wash in my HD washing machine, but this will be soaked and to heavy to air dry as I have no dryer and hang wet items. For those looking for a well padded pad, this is it. I was also under imoression the pad was cotton... only the outside layer is. The padding is all polyester.
