Absolutely beautiful color and fabric. It did not work with my room, but I wished it had.

Beautiful quilt that compliments the decor of my room. The quality is unmatched. This was my first major Birch Lane purchase and won't be my last. It was a bit pricey, but completely worth it!

I saw this item in the Birch Lane store at the University Town Center, Sarasota FL and really liked the coloration and weight. I did not want to purchase and carry on my flight to Ohio so I waited until home to order online. The quilt (note that this is NOT a duvet cover) was difficult to find on the website but I eventually found and placed the order. I assumed (as the description and details are vague) that the quilt included pillow shams but found out upon receipt that it does not. I like the quilt but for the price and the fact that it does not include shams, I am returning and continuing my search.

I ordered and received the quilt (tho all the packaging and this review is for a duvet cover) is beautiful and a nice weight. Unfortunately the color is more subdued than in the photo causing it to look almost dirty. I was hoping for a little brighter blue.
