Bought for son instead of outrageously expensive one we also own from a company online(*per). It’s very high quality, lots of down, has the sewn squares so the stuffing stays put. Very very warm.. Joanna. Boxford, MA. Tue Apr 21 2026

It’s hard to find heavy weight comforter ! But this is the one. It’s extremely warm and heavy. Keeps heat inside. 4 starts because the material is too crispy and make noice when you move. Oleksandra. Baldwinsville, NY. Wed Oct 22 2025

The down alternative comforter collection features 3M™ Thinsulate™ Featherless Insulation-600 Fill Power, a kinder alternative to natural down. This revolutionary, loose-fill-down alternative mimics or surpasses the performance of natural down in Fill Power, loft, and overall performance. Made of durable and breathable lightweight polyester fibers, 3M™ Thinsulate™ Featherless Insulation provides warmth without a single feather, while maintaining warm and fluffy over time. The down alternative comforter collection features a silky-soft 300 thread count and 100% cotton sateen cover. The comforters have sewn-through box quilting so that the down-alternative fill doesn’t bunch or shift. They’re also hypoallergenic so you’ll have a comfortable "sneeze-free" night’s sleep. Four corner loops on the comforter can be tied to help secure it within a duvet cover. It’s also machine washable for easy care. This comforter is also OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it does not contain any harmful substances or chemicals, ensuring quality comfort and wellness. Great sleep, never goes out of style. That’s our Sleep Philosophy.

I certainly wouldn’t call it sateen, and it got a tiny bit pilled in the dryer. But it’s still very soft, warm, and has a very comforting weight to it. I love that the exterior is 100% cotton and Thinsulate can’t be beat. I will most likely get a cover for this to preserve it but right now I’m using it on its own and it works great.. Emily. Snuggle up with this down-alternative comforter that's perfect for all seasons. It's crafted from polyester with premium polyester filling, providing a more hypoallergenic option for sensitive sleepers. The design features classic box stitching that keeps the filling in place and even and avoids bunching. Plus, this comforter is rated for use in all seasons, so you don't have to be constantly switching out bedding by weight and warmth. Our favorite? It's also machine washable for easy care – just line or lay out to dry afterward.
