I was so disappointed to see the finish of this vanity. There is little resemblance to the photos or description. Coloring is off and wood grain looks painted on. It is made well, but I cannot get past the odd coloring and will attempt a return or exchange, for it will not match the room for which it is intended. I expected better when paying $1500.

Looks good but too soon to review

The cabinet is beautiful and well constructed. I do wish that there was an available option to purchase matching backsplash and side splash. I ordered from somewhere else and hoping it will match. I love that it accepts an 8” spread faucet. It’s not the best picture because we were pressured to meet a deadline and the vanity was delayed three days.

I ordered this vanity for our newly renovated bathroom and was really excited to receive it. Unfortunately, what arrived was incredibly disappointing. I have always trusted Birch Lane products, but the vanity I got was far from high quality. It had rough edges, numerous dents, and poor craftsmanship. When I contacted customer service to arrange a return, I was told I would have to pay a $200 shipping fee. I bought the vanity directly from the Birch Lane website but didn’t realize they fulfill orders through Wayfair. If I had known, I would have avoided it due to the issues with Wayfair’s customer service. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing, and the additional shipping cost only added to my frustration. Given the poor quality of the product and the customer service hurdles, I cannot recommend this vanity or Birch Lane's services based on this experience. I included some pictures since the ones here does not show the wood surface quality at all. PS. I wish there was a zero rating. Missed the mark big time!
