Disappointing. From FedEx leaving the 120 lb. box upside down on our porch, to the white marble top actually being a very ugly pattern of dark gray blogs, to the lack of human customer service to resolve damage to the vanity top and the mismatch of color. Only order here if plan to spend more money to repair the item yourself. (Side note: we also ordered a vanity from from another store for another project recently and the experience was the opposite - excellent delivery, item exactly as pictured.)

I love this vanity and it worked perfect for my small renovated bathroom. It was very well packed and had no damage. Easy to install. Very sturdy solid piece.

Loved this vanity when we first got it… two major complaints, it doesn’t come with a backsplash which is stated but it’s very difficult to find a matching one. The biggest issue is it’s cracking all over the place.. we’ve had it since April and it’s in a guest bathroom that is hardly used.. it looks so bad! Very upsetting since it was a very beautiful vanity when originally purchased.
