We were looking for a high end real wood contemporary vanity and this was perfect. Delivery was easy

Really happy with this vanity and excited to see how it looks installed. Had an issue at first but Wayfair was quick to resolve.

Obsessed with the simplicity of this vanity! Works great in our bathroom to balance out the busy floor tile. Plus love that it's floating, makes floor clean up a breeze.

Nice natural color and smooth sliding drawers

Great piece. Very sturdy construction. Works great in my newly remodeled bathroom. Just need to think about the back splash.

Love it! The actual color is more yellower than the pictures but this is a very nice product.

Summary: Poor quality (2 or 4 units we purchased are defective) and Joss & Main does not stand behind their products. Far less than a year after installing this vanity, water started leaking from the inside of the vanity to the corner, quickly damaging the composite material. We have a smaller vanity from the same line which has the same issue. It's very clear that this is a massive manufacturing defect if it appeared in two units from the same brand. Joss & Main does not stand behind their products. Support told me that since it had been more than 30 days since purchase, there was nothing they could do. They didn't even offer to help address the issue to prevent it from getting worse. Any company that cares about their reputation, or retaining customers, would make an exception to their policy to address what is so obviously a manufacturing defect. No we're left with 2 out 4 Joss & Main vanities damaged less than a year old, and will have to spend a lot of money to replace them. I wish I had read a review like this before I purchased. I've never had such a poor customer service experience and will not purchase from this company again.

Shortly after I ordered this, some water got on the top of one of the drawers and the veneer started peeling off and panel swelled. I would not order this again - poor quality!
