One set screw was missing. Wayfair was no help. Their “system” said I had not yet received the product so they wouldn’t refund or assist in any way. Wayfair lost a customer over a $4 set screw.

A quality Moen product, as expected. Easy DIY. We especially appreciate Wayfair's fast delivery, on time. Also, this model was hard to find, but Wayfair had it (it was initially installed a couple decades ago).
