Looks great and works. Does not assemble perfectly, handles do not hand straight up and down and parallel with each other. Install instructions are useless - maybe because there are not any. Although customer service assured me there were install instructions, they had never looked at the document labeled installation instructions. Manufacturer's website was lacking. Manufacturer's help line was not answered and was not accepting messages. Manufacturer never responded to my email inquiry. POOR customer service (none actually) from manufacturer.
