Beautiful simple tub filler for our new soaker tub. We loved it till it was installed. It was not sturdy at all. Our plumber said it could easily break at the base and cause a serious water leak. We are returning it. We ended up paying an extra 3300 to tear up the tub, floor, and subfloor to install a subfloor mounted tub filler. It was a lot of expense but worth it. TO FUTURE REMODELERS-DO NOT BUY THIS TUB FILLER!!

Love this faucet. Great look and very sturdy. Most of the instructions are easy to follow but Kingston did not describe part of them correct and their customer service didn’t know what to do.

As other reviewers have posted, this is not a good choice. Monumentally expensive, the tub filler is too tall and heavy to mount so it is stable. The diameter of the ring at the bottom is too small. After two tries, the plumber suggested going through the ceiling below to add bolts. BTW, The only way to return an item to KB is unopened. Their customer service is entirely online. If you reach a human be prepared for a rough ride.
