Nice cabinet. Storage is difficult to maximize due to plumbing needed for the sink. Shelf below is great for storing extra hand towels or other items. The sink is large, so not much room for anything except hand soap on the counter portion. Doors snap shut pretty vigorously. It is in a bathroom that is used infrequently, so it is fine.

I had ordered a "cultured marble" pre-assembled vanity from a local box store, and I had to return it as the counter was a one-piece plastic counter top and sink. It looked cheap and was already scratched by the time my contractor installed it. I priced out and planned a custom made vanity from the same box store, but its final cost was over $3000. I searched several websites for my unique measurements and finally found this jewel (pun intended) on Birch Lane. I couldn't believe that it arrived the next day! Simple assembly for the legs, and bottom shelf, all made with quality wood, as well as, a beautiful ceramic top. Will definitely use Birch Lane again for my other two bathroom renovations.
