Our vanity arrived with a chunk of the front corner missing. Unfortunately, the item comes fully attached/assembled so you cannot just replace the top. You have to return the entire vanity. We opened the box a week and a half past the return window so we must keep it per the manufacturer/Wayfair's guidelines. Hopefully, others can learn from our experience and check sooner.

This was delivered on the date promised. It looks as good as the promotion picture. It changed and updated the look of the bathroom was well as anticipated.
