BUYER BEWARE! Your Carrara Marble may look NOTHING like the featured photo, so please see my attached photo! I hope my costly mistake can save you money. I am in the midst of building a home that has undergone nationwide delays. I received the vanity in April and the person who received it let me know that it was in good shape. It remained in its crate until now and much to my dismay, the marble is primarily dark gray with large white splotches. Birch LN, not wanting to take any responsibility for what I consider "bait and switch" said it would be up to their contracted marble supplier, Kitchen Bath Collection in Torrance, CA, to decide if they would replace it. In a condescending response from Emily at Kitchen Bath Collection, she informed me that "the internet is not a credible source of information" regarding the look of the marble. I viewed pages and pages of "Carrara Marble" and never saw this splotchy pattern. Not once. Neither Birch LN or Emily from Kitchen Bath Collection will make it right, and I am out an additional $600.00 to replace it with what I thought I was getting- primarily white with some gray streaking. Buy at your own risk!

The actual vanity (not top) is beautiful! We choose the white with Quartz top. The quartz top looks extremely cheap, so cheap that we are replacing it. For the cost of the vanity you would think it would be made to look high quality, and not look straight out of a discount store! The rest of the vanity is made nicely and looks great! Say NO to the Quartz!

Love this vanity! Good quality. We changed the knobs and faucet to match our bathroom. The vanity came well packaged.

Beautiful vanity...well-designed, good quality, very nice finish on wood and marble top. Perfect size for my half-bath; 48" would have been too wide. Very pleased with purchase (product and experience).

Beautiful item. Will work well in my home. I ordered two for the same bathroom. One arrived damaged. I worked directly with Birch Lane by phone to order a replacement. Robert was my customer service representative. What a delight to work with him. Problem was resolved without delay. THANK YOU to Robert and to Birch Lane. You lived up to your reputation!

This Hampton set includes a furniture-grade open shelf cabinet with soft-close doors and drawers, an authentic Carrara/engineered quartz countertop, and a sink. The cabinet is made with wood only - absolutely no MDF or cheap particle board anywhere in this product. All drawers are dovetailed and made with 100% solid wood! Please note that due to the natural characteristics of the stone, the color and/or pattern of each countertop may vary from the pictures. No two slabs of marble are the same! The pictured basket and faucet set are not included.

Love this! I looked for a long while before finding this perfect piece for the new bathroom redo. I was skeptical after reading some reviews that described damaged goods. This piece arrived on time and in tact. We needed help to carry it into the bathroom as it is a sturdy piece of furniture but installation went smoothly. I love the soft-closing drawers and doors.. $1,050 was~~$1,400~~

This freestanding single vanity set has a classic look, just right for any bathroom makeover. It includes a sink, backsplash, and wooden base with ample storage. The 42" wide countertop is made from marble and comes in a classic Carrara white for a refined, timeless look. We love that the base features two functional drawers (and a third faux one), ideal for keeping your toiletries and linens in one spot. Plus, the oval-shaped sink is made of smooth white ceramic with an undermount hookup. During install, pair it with a compatible faucet (sold separately) and you'll be all set.

Good quality, heavy and structural is very good. Goes well in my bathroom. Although be careful with the marble top as it will stain with water marks and difficult if impossible to remove.. Rita. Colleyville, TX. Sun Aug 09 2026
