Vanity is beautiful but arrived cracked

I'm waiting on my 6th one, 2 have come damaged and 2 have been lost in shipping. It has been 4 months of waiting and hours of my life on hold with Birch Lane/Wayfair staff. It is a beautiful vanity but packaged poorly. I would not recommend anyone buy a vanity from here. They are making me upload the same pictures constantly and transferring me to different people to "resolve" the issues but no one is resolving anything. I feel like I'm being deceived. Everything in our new home has been matched and prepped for these vanities. I am so disappointed.

The vanity is beautiful. The marble top really makes it. The cabinet knobs are not good quality. The drawers are hard to open. One will not close all the way.

Love this vanity! The sink is gorgeous with the marble counter. This was the perfect addition to our bathroom reno!

We just received this yesterday and absolutely love it. Such a well-made cabinet and the vanity top and backsplash are beautiful. The shape of the backsplash really sets this apart. Everything about this process went well, the ordering was easy and the delivery team of Jose and Edgar were just awesome. So glad we made this purchase.
