I purchased this vanity as part of a bathroom renovation project. I ripped out my old bathroom with a shipping date in mind for the new vanity. Birch Lane says it was delivered but it is not here. Fedex says it was delivered to the wrong location. But no one will act because it is not yet 5 days late. Now I have no bathroom and Birch Lane has not even pretended to provide a solution.

Legs are extremely fragile and one of them broke. I had to wood glue it back together. I thought each leg would be one piece of wood that run down each corner of the vanity but it wasn’t. Make sure you purchase wood glue along side this. The sink works great and the thing looks great just really fragile

This vanity is very sturdy and looks great. We are installing it where the plumbing comes up from the floor so I needed to cut holes and since it’s all real wood I wasn’t worried about it. I got the holes cut and it works great! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new smaller size vanity. The sink is beautiful and was packed perfectly in the box and arrived in one piece. I love that it had the one hole design as well.
