I ordered this vanity in August. Two weeks later, just as it was scheduled to arrive, the order was canceled due to a shipping issue, which I was told was likely damage during transit. At the time, this was not a major concern since our bathroom remodel was not scheduled to begin until January.
When the vanity eventually arrived, we left it boxed to protect it until the remodel started. Once installation began in January and we unboxed it, we immediately discovered multiple defects. The paint was chipped on the corners and inside the center cabinet. The backsplash was also undersized and did not fit properly. On top of that, the drawers stick when opening.
The manufacturer’s solution was to offer sandpaper and paint so I could repair their defective product myself. When I requested a return, I was denied because more than 30 days had passed, despite the delays and the fact that the defects were only discoverable once the product was unboxed for installation.
It may look good in photos, but in reality this is an overpriced, poorly made vanity. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. Also, it is worth mentioning that I rarely write reviews. I just feel that this is such an important purchase to tie a bathroom together that I wanted to warn others. Good luck, you can do much much better.
