The actual towel is very nice but I ordered 18 and they will arrive in a couple batches which it said when i ordered them. Delivery dates were supposed to be the 16th and 17th August. The first box of 2 towels arrived on the 16th with only 1 towel. It is now the 19th and no other towels have arrived. I have called customer service on 2 occasions about the missing towel from the first box and they say a new one will be sent, but no nothing on that so far.Now they’re saying they’ll arrive on the 28th August.

The towels are of good quality and colors exactly as pictured, but they are def. Not oversized! They are slightly larger than a bath towel, but no where near as long as my other beach towels. Also not as thick as I would like but the price purchased was the main reason for buying. If they were full price, I probably would have returned.
