Vanity was delivered just as they promised. Vanity is cute, the only issue is it’s not real wood. I had read other reviews and saw a few pictures but didn’t think it would be that bad. It seems like it is contact paper, hoping someone doesn’t scratch it and it starts to peel. Visually it is real shiny and does not look like real wood. I have decided to keep it because it is so cute and looks great in the bathroom. My husband had to cut the shelf inside to allow the plumbing to fit, which won’t be that much of an issue. It’s perfect for a bathroom that doesn’t get used a lot.

I have an older home with a small bathroom, it is hard to find a vanity to fit that has storage I need. This one fit, it is also difficult to find the dark wood color I needed for the decor I was going for in this bathroom. It all came together and this vanity turned out to be the perfect fit, color and design. It is well made and worth the price.

The vanity and sink are both high quality products. There is virtually no assembly required. Something I did not consider, is that the cabinet shelf is directly in line with my drain height. The shelf cannot be moved up or down, due to the way it's built. I used a jigsaw to create a cutout for the drain. There's a good chance you will have the same issue.
