Ronnie 36'' Single Bathroom Vanity

Everything was good

The door knobs were missing, paint was chipped and gliders for the draws were not properly installed. After speaking with an agent who was very helpful I’m waiting for a representative to contact me to take care of the issues. The delivery was fast and the delivery men were great.

This vanity is lovely and well made. It arrived on time but was badly damaged and unusable. All the drawers and doors had cracks and separations. Birch Lane quickly refunded our money but did not pick up the damaged item and left that to us for disposal. Because the item had a stone top and was very heavy, it was costly to remove from our home and required renting a truck and paying for landfill disposal. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and won’t happen to anyone else because the vanity is really very nice but we won’t be reordering.

I was well pleased with all facets of my dealings with the Birch Lane folks. The vanity arrived in good shape despite my initial concerns about the condition of the box in which the vanity was shipped. Thanks to the packing that was done, nothing was broken or damaged.

The Ronnie vanity arrived today. Delivery was fantastic couldn’t ask for a better delivery team. The vanity was packaged with thought and care no damage other than a scuffed knob (it apparently came loose during shipment and banged around inside the vanity). No other visible damage. Love the vanity perfect for our powder room.
