The basket itself is gorgeous and well made, I was however very disappointed that it was shipped in an oversized box with NO padding whatsoever and arrived half un-taped due to the weight of basket flopping around inside. All items should be packed well, but especially considering the price of this and the fact that baskets can easily be damaged, it should not have been packaged so carelessly.
