Purchase was simple. Delivery team was communicative and on time. Seems to have been handled well. Cannot comment on quality to date, as it has not been installed yet.

Giving 4 stars because I can’t speak for function as we won’t be installing for several months. Price was too good to pass up. Delivery was a dream. Tub was very well packaged and no flaws from what we can see.
