Frankfurt 24'' Single Bathroom Vanity

High quality and looks great in my remodeled powder room Replaced the knobs to match my hardware.

Our vanity arrived damaged with a blemish on the front that won't come off. When we tried to wipe it off, paint came off too. We are very disappointed in the quality of the paint job for an item of this price. We are working to get a replacement.

Well, as you can see from the reviews, buying this vanity will really be a gamble. Most reviews say the vanity is great (although I would be careful of the 5 star reviews that don't come with photos). You can take the risk if you want, but be aware of reviews like mine and others like it. I had a contractor install this vanity when I wasn't home. When I got back, I immediately noticed peeling paint on the very first drawer (i.e. in the most obvious location ever, can't even be hidden off to the side or something). I ran my hand over it, and the paint chipped right off! I immediately contacted customer service and we got into a back and forth that lasted 24 hours. They insisted they couldn't help because I had installed the vanity, said it was probably contractor damage, said they were like most stores and didn't allow returns of opened items. I didn't give up; I countered with screenshots of other reviews that discuss cracked seams and paint, and the fact that I can ABSOLUTELY return an item with a clear manufacturer's defect at most stores in the US. Ultimately, I asked for a phone call from a manager so we could further discuss. In the meantime, I attempted to wipe down the vanity with soap and a microfiber cloth, which made the original chipping worse AND created chips in a whole new location. Ultimately, we agreed on a compromise; they are sending me a can of touch up paint AND giving me 20% off the vanity. If I don't like the touch-up paint, I can contact them to pick it up for a full refund. For those of you who said the company didn't offer you anything; you just have to be pushy. These pictures are from today; just three days after the vanity was installed. It's a shame, because it really is beautiful and looks great in my bathroom otherwise.

Poor quality. Item is cracking at seams. Poorly made.

Love this vanity! Very good quality! It came in perfect condition. I just wish I could buy another backsplash to close the gap between the side of the vanity and the wall. Corners are never 90 degrees.
