This product arrived with slight damage on the inside of drawers and backside of the cabinet. The product was also not the quality the website described, or what you would expected for the price tag. I attempted to call in over 5 times AFTER I was unable to return the product, they wanted to take off a large restocking charge even if I clicked damaged item. Each time I called in the phone rang and rang, never going through. After attempting to reach the company for three weeks I was fed up enough and opened a dispute with my bank. My bank heard back stating that BirchLane will not go through with the dispute as I have not attempted to reach out to them to return the item. Which is not the case. Birchlane/Wayfair has awful costumer service, seems that there is actually no costumer service. All I wanted to do was return a damaged item for the full charge but their “Bot” and online system attempted to take a $200 credit for the return.
