We have not installed these vanities yet, but the entire experience of ordering, delivery was excellent and I am very impressed with the quality of these vanities. The units were packaged extremely well and delivery was very well communicated and professional. On opening the crates and inspecting the vanities, the construction is solid, good quality materials, excellent joinery and paint. Love the farm sink. The only thing I would change would be a more pronounced pattern in the cultured marble top. I also appreciated the multiple size options in this line as well - it allowed us to customize our bathrooms and maintain a constant theme and color palette. I'll add some photos once we get these installed and plumbed.

Although I i was not prepared for the now understandable deliver process, most companies would leave the item somewhere outside, instead birch was like, "nope no one was there to recieve delivery, we will try again at a later date." I wasn't expecting that, but I respect it. They did a fantastic job at communicating. I myself failed them by not responding adequately. I will make birch lane my top place for consumer products in the future. I myself still have not made it home to see the product, to take pictures, but I will update review later if it allows. Thanks Birch Lane for taking special care of my purchase.
