What Customers are Saying

Customers praise the product for its exceptional softness, high quality, and thick, plush construction. The generous size and attractive color options are also frequently highlighted, with many noting that the shades match online descriptions well. While the overwhelming majority of reviews are positive, a few customers experienced minor drawbacks regarding lint during initial washes, heavy weight, and occasional color discrepancies.

Just got these towels a few hours ago. Laundered them per the instructions as one should with new towels (lint, color running, etc). Pulled the towels out of the dryer and the edge one of the towels is already fraying. I went online to report a problem. Mohammed S. offered me a whopping $12.60 store credit to keep the towel. Bottom line . . . Don’t buy from Birch Lane and don’t buy these towels.

Beautiful towels for my guest bathroom. Rich colors and the towels are thick and thirsty. Good and fast service from Birch Ln.
