Although I i was not prepared for the now understandable deliver process, most companies would leave the item somewhere outside, instead birch was like, "nope no one was there to recieve delivery, we will try again at a later date." I wasn't expecting that, but I respect it. They did a fantastic job at communicating. I myself failed them by not responding adequately. I will make birch lane my top place for consumer products in the future. I myself still have not made it home to see the product, to take pictures, but I will update review later if it allows. Thanks Birch Lane for taking special care of my purchase.

Our vanity is a navy, and the color is lovely. We actually build custom furniture and cabinetry, but with zero time to build for ourselves, I had been looking for a vanity for my son's bathroom for several years. The vanity is well-made, has a nice weight to it, and the layout provides just enough storage space. The countertop and sink are beautiful and the backsplash installed very easily. The only thing I would improve on this vanity is making the middle shelf full depth. Otherwise, it's a great 48" vanity for the price. Shipping was quick and the delivery personnel were amazing!
