Bad advertising, bad business. I did not order "24" towel bar and you know it and I have proof your website said "25.5" and that is what I needed. You sent "24" and when I called to complain and get the situation resolved - twice I was hung up on by your staff. I will not ever shop Birch Lane or Wayfair again - and I have bought a lot from Wayfair. No one told me that was where I was ordering from either. Bad customer service and products.

It's a wall mounted towel bar. I was able to mount it to the wall....and it holds towels! It's everything I could have asked for in a towel bar.
