I love the chair. It glides and swivels silently and effortlessly. Although the seat cushion is much firmer than I was expecting, it is a comfortable chair, and I love the recliner feature. My grandchildren love it as well. It seems to be a well made piece of furniture. The only thing I noticed that was not true to the instructions was the back flap on the chair was a little too short to reach the attaching velcro strip on the bottom of the chair.. Julie. Chair is ok for the price. Of note the recliner handler is on the inside of the right arm between the seat cushion. Craftsmanship is lacking with the fabric cut too short at the base in the front and protruding staples. Fabric is scratchy. Chair mechanics are noisy. Swivels and glides well.
