Looks really pretty but the top piece came damaged. Fortunately customer service was good about getting a replacement part but still some extra time and hassle. Building it was doable but definitely took some time and effort. As for the drawers being loud it’s true, but some of it was builder error, when my husband helped me make sure the parts were leveled up better the drawers ran a lot smoother and quieter! It’s so pretty I can’t take it. It did come in a giant box and was very well protected and fully assembled. It’s extremely heavy and solid. It is a great size, petite enough to fit in a small space, while large enough drawers to fit a lot. I used mine for my record player setup and it looks gorgeous. Looks good, but quite underwhelmed by the drawer slides. Drawers only come out about 60%. This is a big issue bc the dresser is already slim, so you can’t really afford for the drawer to stay half in. Beautiful dresser- but the top drawer appears to be broken. This is our second one due to the first one having a giant crack upon delivery. Took a month to get the first then another month to get the second.
