Looks really pretty but the top piece came damaged. Fortunately customer service was good about getting a replacement part but still some extra time and hassle. Building it was doable but definitely took some time and effort. As for the drawers being loud it’s true, but some of it was builder error, when my husband helped me make sure the parts were leveled up better the drawers ran a lot smoother and quieter! Overall, well built and pretty nice construction over your normal, neighborhood, furniture store. The drawers are solid and the soft close is nice. One weird construction flaw exists, as can be seen in the picture. A weird orange hue and a gouge on one of the sides of a drawer. It’s so pretty I can’t take it. It did come in a giant box and was very well protected and fully assembled. It’s extremely heavy and solid. It is a great size, petite enough to fit in a small space, while large enough drawers to fit a lot. I used mine for my record player setup and it looks gorgeous. It is definitely way too heavy to go up the stairs. All the gorgeous luxury details you could want are there, especially love the soft close drawers, leather hardware, and gorgeous wood grain!. It arrived with visible damage to the top of the box which left a mark on the side of the Dresser as well as a mark on one of the drawers. Beautiful dresser- but the top drawer appears to be broken. This is our second one due to the first one having a giant crack upon delivery. Took a month to get the first then another month to get the second.
