Very disappointed...we paid for delivery to the room of our choice and then assembly. Fedex subsequently delivered to our garage (they wouldn't come in the house) and Wayfair home services would not bring to the room of our choice). Do not pay for delivery without realizing these shortcomings even though the website clearly states will be delivered to the room of your choice. I will update the review for the quality of the furniture but for delivery, its a bad experience. Updated - The recliners look great...no imperfections and the team at Birch Lane made it right by approving a credit to our original purchase price to make up for the initial bad experience. Absolutely love this chair! Fabric is so nice, soft, and really well made. The chair is nice and wide. We used it in our living room and are already saving up for the ottoman and another chair! I can totally see why moms choose this for their nursery. The back cushion where you rest your head is SO plush. There would be no better chair for middle of the night feedings. 10/10 it’s amazing!. Absolutely love this recliner. It’s super comfortable, the automatic buttons are amazing, and the design looks so gorgeous and high-end in person. The fabric feels very premium too. I skipped paying for assembly since it only has two main parts to put together (base and back support) and it was very easy, though it is heavy so having someone help definitely makes it easier.
