Charlotte 7 Drawer Dresser, Pecan

When I purchased this item I was guaranteed that the furniture would be delivered AND placed inside the house in the room of our choice. When it was delivered the driver said they would not bring it in. It is so heavy we are not able to carry it. It will spend the night outdoors and we hope it will not rain. The person hired to put it together- at an additional cost- is not supposed to carry it upstairs. I’m not sure how this will play out- but the sales person I worked with was adamant that delivery driver would carry it in.

Very disappointed. Poor quality given the price paid and would not recommend this. First of all, this is not all solid wood construction, which was not clearly disclosed. Besides a few panels, most of the wood panels were engineered wood that are finger-jointed and glued together. A few boards are HDF probably. Second, many boards came damaged, especially the ones facing outside. Four drawer face boards and the top and side panel all have defects (cracksdentswrappingscratchesuneven paintlack of paint etc.).

It’s a beautiful dresser and good quality, but for the price the drawers should line up correctly. The drawer rails com preinstalled so you can’t move them easily or at all.

This is a great dresser the scalloped bottom edge is such a nice feature. We are using it in the living room actually and it looks beautiful.

Good, but came with a piece cracked.
