Absolutely love this chair! Fabric is so nice, soft, and really well made. The chair is nice and wide. We used it in our living room and are already saving up for the ottoman and another chair! I love the chair. It glides and swivels silently and effortlessly. Although the seat cushion is much firmer than I was expecting, it is a comfortable chair, and I love the recliner feature. My grandchildren love it as well. It seems to be a well made piece of furniture. The only thing I noticed that was not true to the instructions was the back flap on the chair was a little too short to reach the attaching velcro strip on the bottom of the chair.. Julie. Very disappointed...we paid for delivery to the room of our choice and then assembly. Fedex subsequently delivered to our garage (they wouldn't come in the house) and Wayfair home services would not bring to the room of our choice). Do not pay for delivery without realizing these shortcomings even though the website clearly states will be delivered to the room of your choice. I will update the review for the quality of the furniture but for delivery, its a bad experience. Updated - The recliners look great...no imperfections and the team at Birch Lane made it right by approving a credit to our original purchase price to make up for the initial bad experience.
