Very disappointed...we paid for delivery to the room of our choice and then assembly. Fedex subsequently delivered to our garage (they wouldn't come in the house) and Wayfair home services would not bring to the room of our choice). Do not pay for delivery without realizing these shortcomings even though the website clearly states will be delivered to the room of your choice. I will update the review for the quality of the furniture but for delivery, its a bad experience. Updated - The recliners look great...no imperfections and the team at Birch Lane made it right by approving a credit to our original purchase price to make up for the initial bad experience. Very nice small recliner! Only issue is no instructions came with it. You have to firmly drop the back into the brackets so they click and as others have noted the recliner handle is between the right armrest and the cushion.
