Our daughter was expecting our first grand child and I made it my mission to find the very best swivel, rocker, recliner chair I could for my granddaughters nursery. I look at all the popular and highly rated brands out there, then I found this one offered by Birch Lane. I read the reviews did some research and it appeared to tick all boxes. I was able to purchase it a very fair price and was also able to choose the color she was looking. Shipping took several weeks, but boy it was worth it!! It was gorgeous, extremely comfortable and all features operated perfectly. It’s been two months now and you’d be a fool if you pass up the chance to own one yourself. Very nice small recliner! Only issue is no instructions came with it. You have to firmly drop the back into the brackets so they click and as others have noted the recliner handle is between the right armrest and the cushion. Very disappointed...we paid for delivery to the room of our choice and then assembly. Fedex subsequently delivered to our garage (they wouldn't come in the house) and Wayfair home services would not bring to the room of our choice). Do not pay for delivery without realizing these shortcomings even though the website clearly states will be delivered to the room of your choice. I will update the review for the quality of the furniture but for delivery, its a bad experience. Updated - The recliners look great...no imperfections and the team at Birch Lane made it right by approving a credit to our original purchase price to make up for the initial bad experience.
