Very good knife. Not sure it’s worth 150 as I haven’t compared it to mid level options.. Shim. New Jersey. Mon Oct 26 2026

Since 1895, making high quality, everyday knives at an exceptional value. Fabricated from high-quality stainless steel, the single-piece, precision-stamped knife blades are lightweight without sacrificing strength and durability. Along with the ergonomic, traditional triple-rivet handle, enjoy maximum maneuverability and fatigue-free cutting. Honed for long-lasting sharpness, the fine-edge blades boast precision cutting. Curved for comfort, the break-proof, triple-rivet handles are pleasant to grip, giving you the control you need to slice through tougher cuts with ease.

The knife is very nice. It feels very evenly weighted and is quite sharp. I love the shape of the blade, but I do think it's a little long for what I was looking for. Although I believe it will be very useful within my kitchen, I will just have to adapt to the new larger size. Shipping was very quick and the item was packed sufficiently well to ensure no damage.. The vegetable cleaver, sometimes known as the Chinese chef’s knife, is a powerful chopping, slicing, and dicing implement, making it a great all-rounder in the kitchen. In addition to slicing vegetables, its powerful heft can be used to cut through large meat bones. Twin Signature knives are precision stamped from a single piece of proprietary special formula German steel, resulting in lighter weight knives that do not compromise sharpness. Combined with the Zwilling signature ice-hardening technique, these blades are harder, sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer. To ensure an ideal cutting angle, the sharp laser-controlled edge is honed and hand-finished by the most skilled artisans. The three-rivet handle embedded with the Zwilling logo provides optimum durability.

Excellent knife! It feels very well balanced and comfortable in the hand. The blade is extremely sharp and makes chopping and slicing vegetables, meat, and other ingredients quick and easy.
