Curved for comfort, the break-proof, triple-rivet handles are pleasant to grip, giving you the control you need to slice through tougher cuts with ease.

The knife is very nice. It feels very evenly weighted and is quite sharp. I love the shape of the blade, but I do think it's a little long for what I was looking for. Although I believe it will be very useful within my kitchen, I will just have to adapt to the new larger size. Shipping was very quick and the item was packed sufficiently well to ensure no damage..
