Our package did not include any of the zip ties that were supposed to be included ( that are necessary for assembly) since we had it all unpacked and layed out already we weren't about to repack it and send it back so we had to run out and purchase a package of zip ties. Assembly was straight forward and easy however some of the posts (and the notches they need to fit into) do not line up at all ( and you cannot bend them to try to align them because the post will snap off) so extra zip ties were necessary to keep the pieces together. The tail and antlers have little posts on them that slide into the notches but they just kind of wobble around and aren't very secure so extra zip ties were necessary to secure them too. Do not assemble this inside your home unless you have a tarp layed down first! A lot of glitter comes off during assembly and the floor ( as well as you) will be covered in it so do it in a garage or basement or outside. The deer does not stay standing up if a little wind comes along ( we had to anchor the pieces to the ground, especially the deer so he wouldn't blow over) The design is very cute and it looks very pretty when lit up.
