Very disappointed in this purchase. This garland is extremely flat with no way to fluff it. It should have stated it was one sided. I bought 5 and it's costing $60 to return. Not happy! Update: I wasn't able to return right away and a friend came over and put one on the table and it looked pretty good there so I had to call to change the return amount ( couldn't do it online ) The associate agreed about the return cost and said it was because of the manufacturer and then gave me 10% off so that feels a lot better.
