I just received my dishes so haven't used them yet, but I love their look and they seem to be what I've been looking for. I would have ordered them 2 months ago but was waiting for an answer from Birch Lane regarding inconsistencies in your on-line descriptions. The Overview says 12 pc with Dinner Plates, Soup Bowls and Cereal Bowls: The Features says 12 pc with 4 bowls, 8 dinners and 4 salads, which is also what your customer representative said. She (I won't throw her under the bus) said she would reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what an order included and email me back. In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived!
