True to dimensions, but that's larger in reality than it was in my head. Well-built (I think steel?), packaged very securely so nothing got dinged up, and includes some nice quality-of-life things like carabiner chain links (one for the top, one for the bottom). They included a lot of chain too - I think at least 6 feet. Much easier install than similar cheaper products where the paint chips off the chain links as you try to open them.. Taylor. Florida. These are the perfect size for pendant lighting over a kitchen island and are good quality. I replaced the too-modern ones our builder installed and these look great. Next step is to change out all the cabinet and drawer pulls! As several others have mentioned, these are more gold than the platinum that they show in the photos, but I'm okay with that.. Christy.
