Great beautiful set. One pasta bowl came broken but I honestly expected it considering how fragile dinnerware is. I submitted the issue and was assured a free replacement will be sent out. Only issue with set is the size of the bowls. Needs to be bigger. I couldnt imagine using it as a cereal bowl. More like a side salad bowl.. Brandi. Independence, MO. Wed Jul 29 2026

Birch Lane dishes are gorgeous! Exactly as pictured. Had a couple of tiny chips and they took care of it with replacements immediately. Amazing customer service. It was my first order from them and will do so again. I highly recommend them.. Kitty M. Florida. Fri Oct 23 2026
