A little lighter in color than I expected and it arrived dented on the side. We were able to pop most of it out into its shape but still a significant dent. Easy openclose, good bin storage like the divider.. Emily. Babylon, NY. Sun Aug 23 2026

Meet Totem. Totem is an award-winning design that combines all your waste and recycling in one compact unit. It features two compartments arranged vertically, which saves space and makes them very easy to fill and empty. Each compartment has a removable bucket that can be fitted with a single standard liner for general waste or two smaller bags for separating different types of recycling. Totem also features a ventilated odor filter in the main lid that helps reduce moisture and odor build-up from waste. Totem comes with a removable food waste caddy that can be stored in either a compartment or on your counter. Stainless steel versions feature a fingerprint-proof coating, whilst the other models feature an easy-clean powder-coated steel finish.

Overall nice quality, but first can came with a dent (in photo). Customer service was very helpful and we were sent a replacement easily. A couple things to note: the compost section didn’t seal air tight so we experienced some gnats, and the carbon filter doesn’t do much to help with garbage smell. I like the stacked double bin feature though, and it seems like it will last.. Jennifer. Brooklyn, NY. Sun Aug 17 2025
