Loveseat is great. Definitely takes longer to put together than the instructions imply. He’d screws are too soft a metal and easily strip all of the throw pillow for the loveseat and two chairs came with marks on them. The red ink from the plastic bags melted in the summer heat and transferred to every pillow. The first time I ordered two replacement pillows, you sent me one new chair, which did not help: (a) I didn’t need another chair and (b) it’s singular pillow also had marks on it. On Sunday, I finally received the requested two replacement pillows, and they also had marks on them! I’m giving up and sending all the pillows to the dry cleaner.. David. Greenwich, CT.
