Exactly how they were described. Nice, heavy piece. The only issue was the doors do not close evenly and I’m not sure how to fix it. But I love the way they look in my house.. Stephanie. Conway, SC. Sun Oct 06 2024

The Hatherley Server features an all black finish, with geometric details giving it an Asian flair. This sideboard provides ample storage between the two upper drawers and two cabinets. The top drawers feature black felt lining. The four doors open smoothly with the magnetic stops and soft close hinges, revealing two cabinet spaces, each with an adjustable shelf. The sturdy piece is solidified with adjustable floor levelers on each leg.

It looks very nice and has a nice satin-y (?) feel. It arrived with a few small but visible dings, which I would have been happpy to touch up with replacement paint, but Birch Lane replaced it with a perfect version.. Laurel. San Ramon, CA. Thu Mar 20 2025

With its clean silhouette and richly textured doors, this solid oak sideboard brings timeless character to your dining or living room. The wood is kiln-dried for added durability, and adjustable shelves inside make it easy to organize everything from platters to extra table linens. Built-in cable management means it doubles as a smart media console, too. A tip-over restraint adds extra reassurance for busy households. Classic style, made for real life.

I am very happy with the purchase of this piece of furniture. We moved into a new house and it fits perfectly as a console in our entryway . It is made of reclaimed solid wood and even the delivery team said ´oh, it’s heavy’!. Catherine. Rockville, MD. Wed Sep 30 2026
